SCC did more than was called for and made sure we received quality materials and workmanship. The same was true of the guys who worked on-site. They displayed great attitudes, took pride in their work, were helpful, patient with us and wanted to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Silva CC remodeled a large portion of our house including the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, the stairway, and flooring throughout. (SCC) was very flexible in completing the project in phases so that we could remain in the house while the work was being done. Silva CC also stands by their work. Silva Construction was great. Sean especially was great at offering ideas and coming up with solutions when we didn't know what we wanted or what we were even asking for. SCC’s proposal came in the fastest from all the contractors we spoke with, and their team was the most dedicated to explaining it and personalizing it. The project manager spent 2-3 hours with us in person prior to us even booking Silva, none of the other contractors spent nearly that much time.
