Silva Custom Construction was founded by Sean Silva in 2008. Sean grew up with an affinity for creativity & craftsmanship. As one of Santa Clara county’s youngest Eagle Scouts at the age of 14, Sean’s project to graduate Boy Scouts was inspired by the art of creating something with his hands and decided to build a bench to enjoy the ocean views in Santa Cruz. From there Sean learned the trades working for a family friend’s local construction company. Graduating in Business Management, Sean always knew owning his own business would be his dream and someday his legacy.

In the early days work came Sean’s way through friends and recommendations - word of mouth is still SCC’s best marketing tool and we are incredibly thankful to the customer relationships we still have to this day. In 2011 Silva Custom Construction established its roots in Morgan Hill and has come to love and nurture the city we reside in. SCC works closely with local small businesses and outreaches such as YoungLife, Cops for Kids Foundation, Morgan Hill Bible Church and hosts numerous events throughout the year with the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce. Silva Custom Construction was incorporated in 2012 and has remained on the fast track to success in the every growing Valley. In 2016 SCC expanded its home office location and purchased a small bungalow in the heart of downtown. By 2019 we had outgrown the space and moved to another office not far from the hub of town. In 2017, 2019 and 2024 SCC was awardedMorgan Hill’s Best of Contractor and continues to strive to serve and support Morgan Hill and its neighbors. We look forward to building the future of our town and are inspired by the roots of its foundation.
